At the age of sixteen, Caro North had already summited the Aconcagua. Her experiences as a mountain guide in her native Swiss Alps shaped the young mountaineer. In this portrait we follow her from the Swiss peaks, where she feels at home, to her expeditions to Patagonia, Alaska, Iran and the Himalayas.
