WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH SIX PUMPKINS (OR SEVEN) TO GET HAPPINESS AND OTHER TALES FROM MADAGASCAR
Listen to me: Madagascar is an island, the largest in Africa and has a population that lived isolated from the rest of the world, like its nature. Malagasy people have a rich popular culture closely linked to their nature and enriched by the contributions of African populations. Clear symbols of this relationship are the stories of baobabs and lemurs.
If you come, we will tell you more about the Island of Madagascar, with the origin of humans linked to the Rainbow.

THE CRIMES OF HONEY. BOOK PRESENTATION
Presentation of the new novel by Pep Coll. During the presentation, he will talk with the historian and professor Raimon Maideu. A novel based on real crimes that occurred in the 1950s in Pallars, which transformed the lives of the towns of Tremp. As the publisher warns us: "The reader will find a hundred-year-old farmhouse and a traveling cart, an unexpected first crime, the confession of guilt by an innocent, bewildered police investigators, three brothers who do not get along and a large gypsy family that leads a nomadic life".
THINGS FROM THE LIFE OF LEMURS
Children's workshop (recommended for ages 4 and above)
What do you know about Lemurs? What are they like? How do they live? What do they eat? How did they end up on the island of Madagascar?
If you are curious to find out, on November 20th we will fill La Disreta with lemurs and reveal all the answers!
MUNTANYES DE L’ÀNIMA
Pau Guerrero
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m; 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m
Walking for long periods of time in the mountains, whole days if we are lucky, brings us intimately closer to the place. The landscape becomes concrete thanks to the depth that the effort gives, distances and unevenness cease to be abstract dimensions, and the body becomes our guideline, each step and each breath the measure itself, as we follow the path that goes up to the mountain.
Pau Guerrero, born in Barcelona, works as an architecture and landscape photographer. The exhibition includes a selection of photographs taken over the last 10 years.
