Abdul Karim was the most famous bearer of the Karakorum. Born in Hushé, in northern Pakistan, he climbed with the greatest mountaineers in history: Messner, Kukuczka, Bonington... But Karim only wanted one thing, to fight the poverty of his people. His last project was the most ambitious and revolutionary of all: to create the first women's mountaineering team in Baltistan.
