Cédric Gras and Matthieu Tordeur go deep into the Pamir Mountains. Their goal is to reach the Fedchenko glacier in Tajikistan, which is the longest non-polar glacier in the world (77 km). Its waters flowed int the Aral Sea, now dried up. Excessive diversion of meltwater for irrigation has affected the entire ecosystem of this area.
