During the Spanish Civil War, a ski platoon was created within the Pyrenean Regiment No. 1 of Catalonia, under the orders of the Generalitat (the Catalan government). The documentary recreates the life of eleven volunteer soldiers from this regiment, formed mainly by members of the CEC (Excursionist Center of Catalonia). Through footage of the time and the memories of Joan Escudé, the only survivor of the group, we will relive the tragedy of the war in the Pyrenees.
