Sama is an Arabic verb that means to fly, rise, or climb. Hiba, a Syrian refugee, and Sabine, a Lebanese citizen, live in Lebanon ‘s Bekaa Valley. In a country where tensions between Syrians and Lebanese are escalating, both young women share their past experiences and the social barriers they faced while pursuing their passion for climbing, through the Swiss non-profit organization ClimbAid.
