Kayaking superstar Nouria Newman and two childhood friends attempt to complete the first full-length descent by a woman of the Rondu Gorge. The gorge is part of the Indus River as it passes through Pakistan and is considered one of the most difficult whitewater descents in the world. The descent, against the backdrop of the Karakorum Mountains, tests the psychological and physical limits of the kayakers.
